Parent coaching and Support

Parent Coaching and Support is designed to help you feel more confident, calm, and clear in how you respond to behavior. This is not about perfection: it’s about having tools that actually work in real life.

We use the RUBI Parent Training Curriculum, an evidence-based program that helps caregivers:

• Understand behavior through a clear, practical lens 
• Build effective, realistic strategies 
• Create calmer, more predictable daily routines 
• Develop personalized plans for specific challenges 

This is a structured 18-week program taught in a supportive, collaborative way.

In individual coaching, you’ll meet one-on-one with a parent coach or the BCBA to go deeper into your child’s needs and create personalized strategies.

• 2–4 sessions per month 
• Ongoing guidance and adjustments 
• Recommended for families wanting more individualized support 

Pricing:

• $149/session (with BCBA) 
• $99/session (with a parent coach)

Group coaching offers a supportive space to learn alongside other families while still gaining practical tools you can apply right away.

• Weekly sessions for 18 weeks 
• Small groups (up to 4–6 families) 
• Guided by a parent coach with BCBA oversight
