Meet the team

Krystal Van Voorhis, MS, BCBA, LBA. Founder, Owner, Executive Director

Krystal started specializing in working with autism in 2008, and formally began her career in ABA after receiving her bachelor's degree in 2010. She worked with a specialized early intervention company as well as with various ages at in-home ABA agencies, and fell in love with the field and the families. She received her MS in Psychology (ABA) in 2014 and became a BCBA in 2015. Krystal opened her ABA practice in 2017 and ran it in NV through 2025. She recently moved the practice to St. George, Utah and is excited to serve this community.

Julia Reynolds, BA, RBT. Clinical Case Manager and Senior Registered Behavior Technician

Julia has been working with autism since 2019. She has her BA in Psychology and is working on obtaining her master's degree as well as her BCBA credential. She assists Krystal in training and program development, and will begin supervising soon. She has a calm and centered energy that children respond well to.

Caralee Baker, Associate, RBT. Senior Registered Behavior Technician

Caralee has been working with children since 2007 and has specialized in ABA since 2015. She is a fun, engaging, and talented RBT with a wide range of knowledge.

Bailey Hadley, BS, RBT. Registered Behavior Technician

Bailey graduated with a degree in Family Life and Human Development in 2025. She found a passion for working with children with autism and ABA when she began her journey as an RBT shortly after graduating. She aspires to be a BCBA one day. She is new to Simple Autism Solutions and we are excited to have her.
