Krystal has been passionately supporting individuals with autism since 2008. She founded Simple Autism Solutions in 2017 to provide personalized and compassionate support. With a focus on meaningful progress and family collaboration - her approach emphasizes respect and evidence-based strategies to help families thrive.
Brookelynn Dunn, Operations & Growth Leader
Brookelynn joined us in April 2026 as Operations & Growth Coordinator. With over 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and a background in Education, she is committed to supporting families and fostering a nurturing environment.
Julia Reynolds, Case Manager
Julia has been a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. She is committed to delivering compassionate services that promote meaningful growth.
Caralee Baker, RBT
Caralee is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 20 years of experience working with children. She holds an Associate's Degree and has specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015. Caralee is known for being an engaging and talented practitioner who brings a range of knowledge and compassion to her work.
Bailey Hadley, RBT
Bailey is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined the team in April 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life & Human Development and plans to pursue her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the near future. Bailey is dedicated to providing compassionate care to the families she serves.
Christina Morgan, RBT
Christina has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the past 2 years and is currently completing her Associate of Science Degree. She has dedicated the last 10 years to working with children, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with autism. Throughout her career, Christina has developed a deep passion for creating positive and compassionate environments where children can grow, build skills, and feel understood.
